Tax efficiency advice

If you wait until the end of the year to look to make savings on your tax bill, it’s likely too late. We implement our Tax Planning Review three months before your year end, so you have time to implement our advice and minimise the tax you have to pay.

Annual accounts

All limited companies are required to prepare statutory accounts and submit these annually to Companies House. We’ll prepare these within 90 days of your year-end so we have plenty of time to review the accounts and make any necessary adjustments before we file them.

Corporation tax returns

Companies are also required to file a Corporation Tax Return annually with HMRC. We’ll take care of the tax computations and the CT600 Return (everything HMRC requires) and inform you of the Corporation Tax you owe with plenty of time for you to prepare, so you never find yourself hung out to dry with an unexpected bill.

Personal tax returns

If we’re looking after your annual accounts, we can also prepare and submit your personal tax return for you. This goes far beyond filling in the form; we’ll calculate your personal tax, and provide advice on possible claims and elections based on your return and what we know from working with you. This makes sure you’re not paying any more tax than you need to.
